Vehicle Description 1989 Corvette Convertible- 6 Speed Red/Saddle/Tan -85K Miles Originally from California, this Corvette has been in the same family since it was 2 or 3 years old! Looking for a nice driver and for the cruise to the weekend shows Corvette? This is really a very reasonable, lower mileage Corvette at just about 2,600 miles per year on average.
It is well optioned including the Bose Stereo, both Driver and passenger 8-direction power seats, and the excellent choice of the 6 Speed Manual Transmission.
The Air Conditioning Blows cold.
Overall, the original paint is excellent with the normal 33-year-old original paint flaws experienced over time.
The driver's seat leather has the expected wear, although no wear holes in the bolsters that many have (yes, it can be refinished if the leather cracking bothers you).
It has newer tires (note pictures) and the wheels are in amazing original condition.
Our seller did not list any mechanical needs on his contract with us, so there are none to the best of his knowledge.
You are welcome to have a mechanical inspection done of course! A great buy on a Corvette for fun adventures, and one that has proven to hold excellent resale value through the years.
