Responsible for business development, identification of new customers, and implementation of KOSTAL product and technology strategy (PTS) for selected customers; Manage acquisitions of targeted projects, including customer interface and obtaining necessary information, coordinating internal activities, monitoring the preparation of business cases and ensuring their accuracy; Design unique selling propositions to ensure profitable growth; Responsible for all commercial aspects of parts in production and acquired projects, including pricing, engineering changes cost calculations, and price maintenance; Coordinate proper maintenance of business cases associated with parts in production, and manage product flow using SAP Inventory Systems and SAP Inventory Management; Prepare sales budgets based on sales projections and profitability of products; Lead all cost calculation activities for engineering changes and new parts; Use Customer Enterprise Systems to administrate customer systems and databases, such as capacity database and change management system, to resolve customer issues and monitor customer preferences; Participate in forecast planning meetings to analyze sales statistics, as well as logistic related meetings such as virtuals vs actuals; Manage directed Tier I customers for OEMs, ensuring proper maintenance of price records, (SAP, Master Price List) and pricing history pages; Maintain tooling cash-flow master records; Employ Acquisition Strategy to acquire new business; Lead sales training programs, and advise sales personnel on their performance; Coordinate and maintain quoted capacity records and updating customer capacity databases and coordinating responses to requests to increase capacity; Conduct Global Account Management for German-based customers; Oversee logistics business activities for branch location and work with Third Party Logistics Providers using knowledge of Supply Chain Management.

Salary: $91,229 per year
Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree).
Training: None
Experience: Three (3) years in the position above, as an Advanced Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor, or in a related occupation.
Experience must include work with SAP Inventory Systems, SAP Inventory Management, Third Party Logistics Providers, Supply Chain Management, Global Account Management, Acquisition Strategy, and Customer Enterprise Systems.
Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
