EDUCATION:
Associates Degree Minimum

SKILLS:
Experience with Student Orientations
Regularly connecting with schools / student program managers / counselors
Drafting contracts and/or coordinating with contract firms
Assist with the structuring and ongoing of their student programs for consistency
Resume reviews from job postings and career fairs
Pre-screening candidates
Resume matching; align resumes with dept. / managers, wait for feedback, follow-up
Schedule student interviews & follow up meetings
Student Evaluations
Hold individual regular meetings or follow-ups with Managers and Mentors (before 30-60-90-day
before exit)

Responsibilities:
Manage each school job board (full time & student positions)
Manage CareerNet account / req.'s for student positions
Process Equipment Requests / Exit Forms / CARF's / Offers
End-of-term Presentations
Organize a panel of representatives from every department
Organize location and time that caters to the majority of students' leave date
Edit students presentation upon request, allow for practice runs, give feedback
Schedule and lead the End of Term Luncheon (students, Sr. Managers, Directors, VP's)
Document and process feedback from meeting (i.e. hoist procedure, mentor issues)
Coordinate with Manufacturing facilities: Sterling Heights (Denise O'Connor), Muncie (Sherry), Lansing, Ramos, Canadian offices for student recruiting needs
Cater to their process / products / positions
Learn: Company's products, process, different areas, demands, programs to better structure the student program
Kettering& RIT (weekly)
Outreach: Professors, organizations, groups for relationship building and recruiting
Manage MPT Job email account
Assist students with their LinkedIn accounts, appropriate networking (using students to increase our brand awareness), resume building (especially when applying internally)
Organize student activities; dinners / ice cream socials / outings / cultural activities (visas)
Manage students with manager & mentor feedback; reprimand or reward their behaviors
One for managers / mentors regarding students
One for students to fill out regarding the program, their learnings, etc.
External - School issued, specific to each student, must use the students' unique link for the proper manager, follow up that it is submitted by the deadline
Review evaluations once they have been reviewed by the school
External - Evaluations sent by cultural visa companies
Thesis Topics
Help students align their topic with a department / project / timeline
Submission of the topic; serve as liaison that the school will contact regarding this
Approval process; heavily involved, must sign off, get approval from communications that the thesis does not release any sensitive information
Coordinate with the MPT Manager / Mentor and the Professor / School / Thesis Coordinator
Manage MPT Co-Op / Internship Facebook Page
Manage Student Flow sheet (update constantly)
Attend major career fairs; Kettering, RIT, O.U., Embry-Riddle
Attend networking and school related events (i.e. Lawrence Tech Recruiting Kick-off Dinner)
Manage the Mexican Scholars Program
Be the point of contact for schools (UDM and Tech de Monterrey) / students / MPT Mexico facility staff
Organize events with the school
Heavily involved in the process in which the scholars are chosen
Coordinate where the MPT Ramos needs are with the training department that the student rotates through at MPT Troy
Serve as Lead for MPT & ME sponsorship programs and donations (monies and tangible products)
Coordinate with main Gifting Coordinator at schools or organizations
Create events (schools / orgs / racing teams / industry related programs)
Work with MPT & ME Event Coordinator (Rachel D.)
Manage Student Policy
Work with Human Resources to ensure compliance
Research laws and keep current (Health Care Reform Act, Fair Labor Standard Acts
Create an account for each school that we want to attend or information on
Manage and maintain school accounts on behalf of MPT and ME
Serve as the point of contact for MPT on returning messages, following up on student inquiries, etc.
Work closely with Campus Relations Specialist to connect with identified school liaisons that are in charge of career fairs& students programs
Follow-up with registration pages for registration info (i.e. dates, prices)
Register for events on behalf of the team (time sensitive due to capacity limitations)
Work with Campus Relations Specialist for career fair needs
Manage and maintain MPT & ME's electronic career fair calendar
Ensure that career fair interest is properly relayed to International
Ensure that all recruiters are well aware of the career fair dates (Outlook calendar)
Manage HR calendar with career fair happens in conjunction with other location / company happens
Organize recruiters (with the help of the recruiters)
Align engineers for each career fair event (with the help of the Engineering Director and his administrative assistance)
Organize materials for different fairs
Managing invoices / payment due dates / cross charges
Act as a representative for ME while at events / resume reviews
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
