Full Charge Bookkeeper

Commercial Real Estate property owner with more than 60 years in Metro area is anxious to hire an experienced full charge bookkeeper. Salary open depends on previous background and references.
New hire will be responsible for accounting and office functions - such as the processing of A/R,A/P,payroll,and maintenance contracts. Will also work with tenant leases, answer phones, email correspondence, plus various other administrative responsibilities.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a small office environment. Prefer new hire be familiar with real estate software (preferably Skyline) as well as working knowledge of MS Word, Excel,and Outlook.
Prefer either an associates or bachelors degree in accounting but will consider a solid background and experience in the real estate management field in lieu of a degree.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
