Our client, located in Madison Heights, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their growing team. The ideal individual will have proven success in a Management role involving ongoing training and coaching in a group and individual setting. Experience utilizing Salesforce and/or an ERP system is preferred. Must have proficiency at an Advanced level in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven problem-solving abilities, and be a self-starter. The hours of operation for this role are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. This is a temporary-to-full-time opportunity for the ideal individual.
