Job Description:
Experienced in Salesforce.
com Product suite including CPQ, Customer Experience, and PRM.
Responsible for communicating and collaborating with Salesforce Admin, Corporate IT, Business Leaders, and Transformation Teams.
Experience in creating and developing new Salesforce architecture.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions on the Salesforce platform that supports the business requirements and processes for continued improvement.
Work together with cross-functional teams to lead workshops to identify extensive transformations in current business processes.
Define and Design Business Process Maps from current state towards directionally meeting the desired state rapidly and effectively.
Salesforce Developer Certification
Responsibilities:
Governance Accountabilities:
Experience with Apex Code, Lightening Components, Visual Force Pages, and Salesforce APIs.
Development experience in CPQ and Experience Cloud (PRM)Salesforce architecture knowledge specific but not limited to CPQ.
Salesforce data structure knowledge and understanding of how to implement them to fulfill complex processes and reporting requirements.
Experience in installed packages.
Integrate App Exchange packages.
Solution design, testing and implementation.
Data Loader experienceAdvanced workflow experienceComplex process and reportingExperience working in multiple Salesforce organizations.
ERP and other system integrationOracle systems integration is a plus.
Supporting the definition of Statement of Work (SOW) project delivery.
Understanding of the coordination processGood communications skills.
Ability to complete assignments on time.
Self-motivated problem solver.
