Summary Responsible for partnering with Business and Network Development to:
Develop physician and provider relationships across our region and Michigan that result in referrals to the Mary Free Bed Network.
Work with Mary Free Bed leadership to develop and implement strategies to enhance integration with targeted acute care hospitals.
Essential Job Responsibilities Increase referrals to Mary Free Bed inpatient programs.
Establish and maintain direct working relationships with key physicians, with an emphasis on hospital care managers, acute care therapists and physicians.
Manage assigned territory for appropriate targeting and sales call cycle.
Coordinate education in-services with Mary Free Bed providers to build relationships.
Attend professional conferences to promote Mary Free Bed.
Collaborate with Mary Free Bed business development teams to leverage the continuum of care.
Work with Mary Free Bed marketing team to develop region specific sales tools to drive referrals.
Identify opportunities to drive strategic initiatives in targeted markets.
Develop sales/business plans across the Mary Free Bed continuum with a focus on inpatient access.
Assess changing market needs and referral patterns.
Monitor and track admissions and referral trends.
Analyze referral pattern data and changes in the referral process.
Maintain active communication with Leadership and interdepartmental teams across MFB.
Educate Access leadership on changing market needs.
Add input in the creation of sales and marketing tools.
Work with MFB Marketing team to ensure marketing materials are created and updated.
Work with MFB Social Media team to ensure social media presence is consistent with current practices and is actively updated.
Assist Leaders in the implementation of sales/marketing plans.
Adjust sales/marketing plan to meet changing community needs.
Assist with coordinating MFB physicians and clinical staff for marketing opportunities.
Attend meetings and provide updates on sales/marketing activities for MFB programs.
