The Permits Analyst will be responsible for retrieving permits from multiple cities, townships and states. The permits are highly important since they are needed for our installers to be able to work on the customer's home for installing either windows, roofing, siding and/or gutters. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to use problem solving skills.

What You'll Do:
Contacting cities, townships and states to learn about the permits process for their area
Informing the city, township and/or state what type of install is taking place on the customer's home and purchasing the permit
Entering notes into the system for each order so project managers, schedulers and processors understand where we are at with the permits process
Update information whenever needed; for example, when there is a new hire in the city, township or state so we know who our point of contact person is at all times
Take customer payments over the phone
What We Need:
High School diploma or GED
Must have a minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience
Must have basic computer skills, including basic proficiency with MS Word & Excel
Problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills as well as great organizational skills
Able to multi-task
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain sitting in a stationary position for prolonged periods
Requires the ability to move about inside the office
Must be able to move items weighing up to 25 pounds
Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, vendors, and the public
Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
Hours/Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year. Standard hours may vary, but typical shifts may be M F, 8am-5pm EST. However, due to cyclical nature of position, some overtime, including evening and weekend hours, may be required to complete projects under deadlines.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
