Mid-sized Troy law firm seeks to add an Associate with experience in commercial and/or employment litigation to its Business Litigation group.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
JD degree required with excellent academic credentials Must be licensed in the State of Michigan and be an active and in good standing member of the State Bar of Michigan 3-7 years of attorney experience Prior experience in commercial and/or employment litigation Aspire to conduct depositions, appear in court, and interact with clients and opposing counsel Excellent legal research, writing and verbal communication skills are essential Strong professional judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic We are an equal-opportunity employer.
