udit & Assurance Senior - NFP
Our client, a regional CPA/Business Consulting firm, is seeking to add an Audit & Assurance Senior to their team, with a focus on serving clients in the not-for-profit space.
The firm offers exceptional support, encouragement, and guidance to help associates achieve their fullest potential.
This is a hybrid role local to SE Michigan.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 2-5 years of relevant assurance experience in public accounting or industry.
CPA certification or progress towards the CPA exam.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Outstanding client service and communication skills.
Enthusiasm for helping others be successful.
RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing and leading complex audits.
Reviewing audits performed by staff.
Overseeing internal staffing on engagements.
Preparing financial statements.
Building relationships both internally and with clients.
Contributing to the success of clients' organizations.
Developing staff associates and interns as they begin their careers in public accounting.
