Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team.
As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for lawns and landscapes.
This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of tree care, groundskeeping, mowing, landscape maintenance, and more.
Duties:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming and blowing - Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees - Apply fertilizers and pesticides to promote healthy growth - Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health - Install and repair irrigation systems as needed - Perform general groundskeeping duties such as raking leaves and removing debris - Operate and maintain lawn care equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers - Assist with snow removal during winter months Skills:
- Strong knowledge of tree care, groundskeeping, mowing, landscape maintenance, and related tasks - Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain lawn care equipment - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent attention to detail and time management skills - Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions - Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.
