We are looking for someone who has the ability to perform routine carpentry, painting, drywall and mechanical tasks under the supervision of the Director of Facilities.
Qualifications He/she must possess a high school diploma with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Prior work experience in the maintenance field and/or long-term care is preferred, but not required.
Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to get to and from building locations.
