We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
The individual must have 3 years experience in bookkeeping and be proficient with Quickbooks.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
General office duties; answering phone, filing, general customer interaction, etc.
Day to day bookkeeping responsibilities; Managing accounts receivable/payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, payroll taxes, project accounting, regular financial reporting.
Product research Assist with material procurement.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Maintain records of office expenses and budgets.
Work with accountant as needed.
