Requirements:
Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service Maintaining a clean, customer-friendly environment in the store Aid in helping cashier as needed Perform all regular cleaning activities and other tasks that are included on job assignments Forecast, order, and stock merchandise (upon completion of training) Work well with other team members/crew members and managers Technical sales experience, particularly in electronics, is a plus Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns or issues - Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software applications - Upselling techniques to increase sales revenue - Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or providing assistance Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic retail environment.
