Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, invoicing, shipping, scheduling projects.
- Coordinate project scheduling and ensure projects are properly scheduled and communicated to customers.
- Provide administrative support to other front office staff.
- Assist with front desk duties, including shipping, receiving, billing, verifying information, and collecting payments - Collaborate with other office staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient project flow - Maintain strict adherence to company guidelines and ensure customer confidentiality Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and co=worker This is an exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant to join our team.
