The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technical projects related to Oracle Financials implementation, customization, and integration.
The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects related to Oracle Financials implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements to optimize project delivery and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong experience in technical project management.
Proven experience in managing Oracle Financials projects, including implementation, customization, and integration.
Strong understanding of Oracle Financials modules, architecture, and functionalities.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Oracle Financials certification(s) is a plus.
