Ultimately, we are looking for future General Managers for our company.
This is a very sales driven position.
Our goal is to get potential new members to come in and join the club thru Marketing.
We have a daily quota to achieve with selling memberships to the club.
Responsibilities Include:
-Calling, Texting and Emailing people daily - Marketing thru social media platforms along with Google to generate more business.
- Handing out guest passes inside and outside the club to get people excited about the gym.
- Touring guests around the club.
- Selling memberships, personal training and other club amenities.
- When needed, help clean our clubs to keep our staff and members safe.
- Your bonuses will depend on hitting pre-determined sales goals.
