SAP WM Consultant OR SAP PP Consultant -- Full-Time
We have two open positions for our internal recruiting SAP PP OR SAP WM Consultant -- FULL-TIME.
Position 1.
SAP WM Consultant (FULL-TIME)Troy, MIWe do sponsor H1 visaYour Role and Responsibilities Responsible for oversight and execution of SAP WM bug fix & minor enhancement implementation Monitoring and managing Interfaces through IDOCs and QRFC queues for Shipping, and Inventory Management.
Expertise in the Configuration of Warehouse Management architecture Warehouse structure in WM system, Basic stock management, Production Staging, Warehouse Movements, put away and Picking Strategies Oversee and execute ticket resolution, change delivery, and release delivery within the Emerson Automation Solutions Run Support Team.
Provides functional/technical expertise in the SAP MM & WM modules SAP Configuration proficiency in given system module.
Able to solve complex SAP technical issues.
Strong SAP integration knowledge with PP, SD, FICO and VC modules.
Work in Designing, building and Developing SAP WM ecosystem to support all functions of business in supply chain logistics execution as per overall strategy set by the management.
Ability to work within a team and strong organizational skills.
Provide end user support and troubleshooting assistance through hands-on resolution.
Must be willing to work in shifts and must have good communication skills.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise Minimum 10
years' experience in SAP LE/ WM Experience in Designing the Warehouse structure.
Experience with inbound delivery process Experience with Put-away process using different strategies.
Experience with staging process for both Discrete and Repetitive manufacturing environments Experience with Handling Unit Management Receipts from production with HUM Shipping process with HUM and outputs (Delivery notes, packing list, BOL etc.
,) Experience packing, serialization, labeling and label design.
Experience in RF solutions with 1-D and 2-D barcode Scanning functionality Work experience on Fixed Bin Replenishment and Random bin Replenishment Two Step Picking process with grouping.
Physical Inventory - Cycle Counting Experience in Transportation and Shipment Experience in MM Purchasing scheduling agreements, inter-company process.
Cross-functional knowledge of SD, PP, QM, MM module SAP full lifecycle implementation experience LSMW and Reporting tools experience NOTE:
Experience in the Automotive or Manufacturing Industry will be a value add.
Position 2.

At least should have 2 full project lifecycle SAP PP/QM implementations and 3 AMS projects.
Hands on configuration experience in SAP PP Manufacturing/ Process industry/ Repetitive manufacturing/ Plant Maintenance.
Hands on configuration in SAP QM - Inspection planning, Quality Inspections for Inbound and Outbound Materials and Quality certificates.
Experience working in offshore/onsite support model.
Must have hands on experience in the Design/Blueprint phase of SAP transformation programs and Data Conversions.
Experience in documenting Functional specification for Reports, Configure changes and FIT, SIT testing.
NOTE:
Experience in the Automotive or Manufacturing Industry will be a value add.
