Service Coordinator (Full Time) Location:
Troy, MI (require candidate to be in the office each day) Salary:

Service Coordinator Job
Responsibilities:
Maintain a valuable database of key clients and respective client needs.
Ensure each client is provided the necessary services to satisfy the customer's needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both machine builders and customers.
Manage important calls, requests, and respond promptly to email inquiries for the service department.
Support the organization and workflow of the Service Manager Ability to roll up the sleeves and take on new internal or client driven requests.
Constantly communicate with all stakeholders.
Qualifications for Service Coordinator:
1-3
years of industry experience or a related customer service experience Previous administrative experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Highly capable at problem solving; along with being highly organized and detailed.
Able to effectively multitask, prioritize, and work within a deadline.
Strong people skills and ability to build strong internal relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong client advocacy
