This position's primary responsibility will be answering phones and scheduling appointments with assistance in processing tax returns as needed.
Responsibilities Communicate effectively, timely, and be comfortable serving as an initial point of client contact both orally and in writing.
Maintain and operate with the highest degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Build positive relationships with peers and colleagues while working effectively with others to accomplish tax department goals.
Ensure all paperwork, policies, and procedures for tax compliance have been adhered to.
Requirements Service oriented, friendly and pleasant to work with in our team environment.
Experience in customer service with direct client contact is highly preferred.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Able to adjust work hours during slow and peak times in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to learn, digest and apply new information.
Organized, detail oriented, dependable, patient and extremely accurate.
Experience with Salesforce is preferred but will train the right individual.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
