About the Role The Sales Administrative Assistant (SAA) is a detail oriented, driven, and personable individual who displays a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
The SAA will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring efficient operations, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Accountable for Providing general administrative support to members of the Sales team, including managing calendars and emails Managing Sales Support Service Desk queue Ensuring positive client experience Responsible for Generating Software Order Forms and Proposals Managing new sales lead intake and tracking Preparing templates for Sales calls Taking notes of Sales calls/meetings Documenting action items and key takeaways from Sales calls/meetings for both E7 and clients Tracking deals through Atlassian Registration Program Coordinating signatures and document management Updating Sales score cards Maintaining HubSpot and Dropbox organization Skill Sets High attention to detail Deadline driven and results-oriented mentality Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Knowledge of CRM management Experience 2
