And if that's you we would love to have you join us! Job Description Reporting into the Digital Demand Operations team, we are seeking a candidate to ensure our marketing processes are continuously optimized to deliver high-quality opportunities to sellers.
You will support the Global Marketing and Sales organization to identify areas of improvement and assist in implementing the solution.
You are a commander of change management, supporting training and enablement of the marketing and sales organizations.
You will troubleshoot workflow issues, uphold data governance and quality, and contribute to opportunity related metrics, campaign framework, and measurements.

Your
Responsibilities:
Lead and Opportunity Process Management:
Design, implement, and manage end-to-end lead processes spanning marketing and sales tech stacks to ensure smooth lead flow, accurate data transfer, and efficient conversion rates.
Global Stakeholder Alignment:
Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams, sales, commercial operations, analytics, marketing technologists and IT partners to align best practices in demand generation processes and strategies.
Lead communication and recommendations around global processes to all stakeholders including leadership.
Ensure consistent lead management practices, share best practices, and drive global alignment in demand generation processes and strategies.
Regional Marketing Operations Support:
Consult for regional marketing teams in optimizing demand generation processes and troubleshooting issues.
Drive globalization of processes where possible but recognize and support region specific needs.
Troubleshooting and Continuous Improvement:
Identify and resolve issues that may arise within the demand generation process, proactively implement improvements to enhance lead quality and conversion rates, and drive operational excellence.
Analytics and Metrics:
Contribute to, and use insights from, the Marketing Analytics team for optimizing lead generation campaigns.
Support measurement definitions to align with demand generation waterfalls and best practices.
Oversee campaign hierarchy, naming conventions, and the processed and standards to support campaign execution and reporting requirements.
