Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer employee wellness programs- - Assist in the management of leave of absence claims and related processes - Assist in the management of workers' compensation claims and related processes - Provide leave of absence reports to Benefits Director and Human Resources - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee health information - Utilize HRIS systems (UKG) to manage employee data and leaves of absence- - Collaborate with HR team to support overall employee wellness and engagement initiatives - Work with Director of DEI on surveys and integrate benefit resources - Promote the Firm's diabetes and hypertension management programs - Provide backup to Senior Benefits Coordinator Skills:
- Strong knowledge of leave of absence processes and regulations - Familiarity with UKG (desired, but not required) - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Understanding of workers' compensation processes and requirements - Experience working with confidential employee health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Proficiency in using software for HR administration Job Type:
