EXPLEO USA is looking for a Technical Service Bulletin Author to join a dynamic and expanding team in Troy, MI.

Responsibilities:
Research and analyze technical data, diagnostic information, and service procedures to create accurate and effective TSBs.
Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and product development teams to gather technical information.
Write clear and concise TSBs that address common issues, recalls, and service updates.
Ensure TSBs comply with industry standards and regulations.
Update and revise existing TSBs as needed to reflect changes in product design or repair procedures.
Communicate with service technicians and dealerships to gather feedback on TSBs and make necessary improvements.
Assist in the creation of service manuals, repair guides, and other technical documentation.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in automotive technical writing or service documentation.
Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using computer software and tools for technical writing.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to automotive service documentation is a plus.
