Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them - Suspend or align vehicles for inspection and repair - Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services - Transmit repair orders to the technicians - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Explain repairs and services to customers in a clear and understandable manner - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records Requirements:
- Previous experience in a service advisor role preferred - Knowledge of auto body repair, diesel engine repair, tire service, oil change, air brake, shocks struts, and other automotive services - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Proficient in using computer systems and software for record keeping Note:
