Responsibilities:
The Commercial & Private Banking (CPB) IT Delivery Analyst provides critical coaching, mentoring, and auditing functions for Waterfall and Agile projects within the CPB Project Management Office.
They are expected to review and quality assure the project artifacts, deliverables and process adherence to the CPB Project Methodology and governance routines.
The CPB IT Delivery Analyst generally has a larger volume of projects to oversee, or the projects are larger and more complex.
IT Delivery Analyst provides critical administrative functions include maintenance of SharePoint site, CPB project artifact and delivery documentation, CPB Clarity development and maintenance, CPB reporting and portfolio tracking.
The CPB IT Delivery Analyst is expected to provide advice and support around critical project delivery functions, including budget tracking and financial forecasting, project evaluation and monitoring, and maintaining compliance with corporate and public regulations.
They support project governance activities including Tollgate readiness, assessing deliverable quality and completeness, and financial forecast accuracy.
They are expected to verify and analyze the accuracy of all data and information used or generated by a project; and help the project managers resolve any discrepancies or problems.
The CPB IT Delivery Analyst will support multiple Waterfall and Agile projects that are larger and more complex in nature:
Evaluating project schedules, resources, equipment and information and budgets for accuracy and completeness Ensuring reporting of time, scope and objectives are accurately assessed and updated in Clarity / CA PPM Ensuring that the PMO is kept abreast of project delinquency and failing project health and remediation actions taken Knowledge of project management methodologies Knowledge of computers and database/spreadsheet/ word processing software Excellent communications and critical skills, both written and verbal Excellent planning and organizational skills Complete understanding of Agile and Waterfall Project Methods Strong problem-solving skills Ability to accurately review and complete detail-oriented information Ability to take responsibility and function under minimal supervision Ability to work with wide range of people Recommended Skills Administration Agile Methodology Attention To Detail Auditing Banking Services Coaching And Mentoring Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
