As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be responsible providing information, begin service requests, process payments, and solve problems with both external and internal customers.
The ideal candidate for a Customer Service Advocate would possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as quick problem-solving skills.
The following includes more details on what you'll handle on a day-to-day basis:
Communicate with customers and ensuring a five-star experience through every interaction Resolve and answer any questions the customer has regarding the installation process Schedule any service repairs that previous customers need Collect customer payments via credit/debit card or receive ACH/Bank Info from the customer Solve problems and manage customer complaints when issues arise Provide excellent customer service Handle other administrative duties as incoming call volume permits What We Need:
Must have a minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience Must have a minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience Must have basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel Excellent communication skills Problem solving skills Great organizational and multi-tasking skills Able to work independently as well as part of a team High attention to detail and accuracy Experience in the home improvement or remodeling industry is preferred rkMGAjGq5y.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
