Business Development / Account Executive
Business Development / Account Executives Venteon is currently looking for Business Development / Account Executive professionals with an interest in the staffing industry to fill an opening with a leader in Accounting, Finance, Engineering and IT recruiting in Troy, MI.
Interested candidates should have prior business to business sales experience and preferably experience in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or IT.
Responsibilities of the Business Development position New business development with prospective clients.
Generate of job orders with clients.
Develop client and candidate marketing campaigns.
Recruit prospective candidates via sourcing, networking, direct contact, and internet recruiting.
Conduct interviews with prospective candidates.
Brief and debrief of candidates and clients.
Deal negotiation and closing deals.
Participate in recruiting at job fairs, career seminars, etc.
Requirements of the Business Development position Bachelor's Degree preferred Business to business sales experience.
Professionals with a desire to start a career in the Professional Staffing Industry.
Any experience in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or IT is a strong plus.
Professional with a desire to enter business to business sales.
