Set up telematics devices Configure Mobile DVR's Provisioning of product Database Management SIM Card Activations Provide technical support for installation; repairs; other issues Interface to accounting Technical support (internal) Engineering and engineering support Work with the engineers to implement designs Create solutions to system challenges Create, update schematics Maintain installation documents Create/maintain how to & FAQ documents Configure and setup equipment Document device set up Create accessory kits Document systems & parts sent to customers Document inventory received; transferred to Phoenix Create inventory orders Shipping product to customers Receiving items for projects and general inventory Pre-sales support Job Type:
