In this heavily administrative position, you will play a vital role in the facilitation of our onboarding and orientation process.
This person must be able to work independently, maintain files, and prioritize duties.
Responsibilities:
Assists the human resources and recruitment team with all administrative tasks related to the onboarding, orientation, timekeeping, payroll, terminations, and hiring processes Input new hire data and maintain accuracy of new hire spreadsheet Call and verify previous employees, for rehire (after list is given from HR manager) Send out email to recruiting following each orientation to show attendance Scan and file all new hire paperwork from orientation both tangibly and digitally Maintain proper records of employee files Additional HR tasks given by HR Manager Basic Qualifications 2
years of experience in Human Resources Experience with payroll, benefits, E-verify, performing background checks, completing i9's Experience with Microsoft Office suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams Moderate level of skill and knowledge using Excel Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline Ability to adapt quickly to changes as dictated by the business needs Knowledge of HR policies and best practices Associate degree Additional Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Excel performing pivot tables, charts, and graphs Knowledge of HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
