We are looking for a person that is hungry to learn, great with people, has good communication skills, attention to detail, experience working on a help desk or call center, and who can operate well on a team.
Responsibilities Assist the customers with support of their phone system Provide post-installation support for adding, modifying, or removing users to the system, updating system prompts, and editing their call flow Troubleshoot customer issues with call quality, application function, or call routing Answer support line and our online ticketing system Provide on-call support if needed Qualifications Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Positive and professional demeanor Experience with Cisco Networking and Voice Over IP is preferred but not required Company Benefits Regularly Scheduled Training Health Care Benefits Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Paid Sick Time Relaxed, Casual Work Environment Company Parties & Outings Provided with a Mac Book Pro with dual monitors Opportunities for Growth Related keywords:
