Responsibilities:
Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies Maintains office and warehouse inventory Communicates with vendors on a daily basis Follow-up on required quotes from vendors Ensures deadlines are met by vendors and warehouse technicians Communicates to the internal warehouse technician team Performs other related during as assigned Ensures all customer questions are being addressed in a timely manner Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Great attitude Able to work independently and in a team setting Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in office administration or related field preferred.
At least 1 year of administrative and clerical experience preferred Job Type:
