The qualified candidate will be able to:
Answer multi-line phones telephones and directs caller to appropriate associate.
Will transfer caller to associate voice mailbox when associate is not available.
Take and receive messages for various personnel.
Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to company location, fax numbers, emails, website and other related functions.
Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail.
Coordinate the pickup and delivery of express mail services.
Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filling and collating.
