Role Summary Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Communications & PR, this individual will work collaboratively across the comms team and Magna to execute globally integrated, strategic, modern and impactful communications programs that align with the organization's business objectives and priorities. A communications professional with both internal and external experience and a mindset to bring industry-leading communications principles and methodologies to Magna, is highly desired. The ideal candidate will have a mix of skills and experience that include a deep understanding and demonstrated success with creating core narratives, global communications campaigns, crisis communications, content strategies and executive communications. The role also demands a comprehensive understanding of innovative and progressive communications platforms and tools including digital and social media. Key Responsibilities o Work closely with VP of Corporate Communications to plan and develop internal communications strategies and plans o Lead team in executing internal communications/campaigns to continue to connect/engage employees across the company o Resource to Product Groups, Functions and Divisions to facilitate internal communication planning and develop solutions to achieve desired results o Proactively support leaders in terms of planning and developing executive prep for internal announcements, town halls, etc. o Drive integration and alignment throughout the organization while using key metrics to continuously improve engagement, performance, and effectiveness o Work closely with Director of External Communications and Social Media team to ensure consistency of messaging across all audiences o Story mine and content creation for multiple purposes including repurposing internal content for external use where appropriate o Assist in managing sensitive and rapid response company - wide communications to mitigate risk, including crisis and change management Key Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
o 10
years of relevant work experience or combination of education and experience o Experience working with c-level executives and across a matrixed organization o Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills o Exceptional writing ability o Strong track record of successfully developing and implementing impactful communications programs to drive engagement o Results oriented, strong sense of urgency, collaborative, proactive and flexible o Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE o Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes o Digital/social media savvy o Excellent organization and time management skills o Managerial experience Additional Information PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
o Standard office environment requires the ability to perform work while sitting, standing, average mobility to move around an office environment and utilizing computer and telephone excessively o Travel requirements approximately 30% of the time, can include international travel and extended travel (10-14 days) 02--Business Development, Sales, Marketing F--Permanent/Regular
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Communications & PREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
