Description Responsible for the management of direct reports and all operations activities for a specified geographic region. Establishes long and short-term strategic plans for the group/region that are in support of corporate goals and objectives. Implements new policies and procedures to make the group/region more efficient and in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. Provides directions in the establishment of new policies, procedures and technology. Prepares, monitors, controls and reports on the group/region's fiscal and production performance.
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for the strategic planning and tactical management of activities of the designated areas of responsibility. o Responsible for adherence to all corporate, investor, insurer, legal and regulatory guidelines and requirements. o Responsible for managing budget including the oversight of budgeted expenditures and variances for team members. o Responsible for oversite of Branch and Building Inspections. Ensuring compliance with any regulatory and audit requirements. o Partners with Technical Security on security equipment, materials, and services required to meet set standards. o Oversite of Robberies, Threats, Projects and other Incidents. Produce and maintain Security reporting to provide metrics for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting as directed o Responsible for team oversite of training, installs and maintenance at Branches and Building. o Establishes and maintains open communication with Retail, Facilities and other partners. o Responsible for oversite of creating, reviewing and testing of any procedures and controls. Ensuring compliance on requirements. o Oversite of training, documentation or coaching, that may be needed internally or amongst peer teams or departments. o Responsible for oversight of security projects. Projects can range from a group of branch closures, bank mergers, ATM refresh projects, or alarm panel upgrades. These projects will have many locations involved, requiring integrator organization and equipment standards. o Oversite of team management of integrators. Continued building of working relationships on installs and service of standard equipment and support the software applications. Evaluate and provide feedback on quotes for projects necessary. o Perform supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance reviews, coaching and developing staff Basic Qualifications o Bachelor's degree o Minimum 10 years of experience in a security department, with a specialization in training on audit/security subject matter and regulatory requirements Preferred Qualifications o 8
years of experience operating/configuring/managing security systems such as intrusion, video, or access control o Project Management experience o Program Management experience o PSP, CPP, CISSP or other technical certification o Financial Institution Security experience o Ability to deliver clear, concise, accurate and effective communication (verbal and written) proactively and with a customer-oriented approach. o Effective management of teams local or remote meeting Company and Regulatory requirements. o Experience building detailed business cases with supporting data to support project requests o High level of proficiency with Microsoft Suite Applications o Experience working large projects, covering numerous locations over a specific time frame. o Experience with building detailed business cases that show justification for requesting the project, such as managing enterprise-wide projects or solutions o Previous security integrator experience o High level of understanding and experience in the use of various Security measures and applications to include but not limited to CCTV surveillance systems (both analog and IP), Intrusion and Access Control systems. o Understanding of judicial system. o Excellent problem-solving ability and ability to make sound and reasonable decisions through careful evaluation and understanding of the impact of those decisions. o High attention to detail with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively. o Must be a team player, as well as possess the ability to work independently.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
