Description Assigned a book of business to retain and deepen those relationships with our partners for new opportunities via compelling ideas and insights. Partnerships include:
Treasury Management Capital Markets (Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, Commodities. Syndications, DCM) Private Banking (Loans/Deposits and AUM) Retirement Services Commercial Insurance (EB, P and C and Advanced Life) Equipment Finance/Leasing International Other lines of business (retail, mortgage, etc) Grow WVA Market Share by Prospecting on assigned New Names (50-100 to be assigned) throughout the state with a primary focus on companies with annual sales in excess of $20 mm. Working with our Business Banking leadership team, determine the role played in developing new relationships known by the selected banker under $20 mm in sales Portfolio Management of assigned book of business along with Middle Market Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts assigned. Help Coach and Mentor colleagues in the Business Bank to develop their sales and credit skills with larger more complex relationships Be an integral part of the local senior leadership team led by Regional President, Chad Prather Work collaboratively with our Portfolio Management and Credit teams to help underwrite and present for approval to credit committee's new money request and renewals Requisite Skills and Job
Experience:
Strong and proven credit and sales skills (over 5 years), particularly with larger and more complex companies Proven deepening skills with multiple fee -based products Proven track record in winning new relationships from competitors particularly larger size companies (over 5 years) Solid team player with strong collaboration and partnering skills Ability to differentiate based on strong relationship building skills as well as offering deep, compelling and actionable insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills Internal success drive and ability to manage success and challenges Adaptability and flexibility Self- starter and demonstrated ability to work independently executing strategy Basic

$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
