accounts payable associates and team leads in the processing of invoices for SiteOne's suppliers. The position is located in our Troy, Michigan office and will function in a hybrid / work from home model for several days per week. The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for ensuring the reconciliation of the company's vendor accounts. The position manages AP disbursements, which includes the timely processing of invoices and the related payment disbursements. This individual works closely with their team and internal business partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service. The position will work closely with the company's key vendors and establish as well as enhance vendor relationships through collaboration and resolution of invoice and payment issues. The AP manager helps develop, implement, maintain, and enhance new systems, procedures, and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines and standards. This individual is responsible for hiring, evaluating, training, mentoring, and developing their staff's knowledge and instituting a continuous improvement culture to enhance performance year-over-year. The position will partner with other managers and operations staff and respond to financial questions and issues regarding vendor invoices. This position is required to have a high degree of commitment to customer service which includes both internal and external customers that are reliant on accounts payable processes. The position is also expected to proactively address performance issues and implement corrective personnel actions. Skills We Are Seeking Bachelor's degree and managerial experience required. Minimum five years of accounting experience. Minimum two years of managerial experience. Experience working in a large, multi-location environment required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience with support personnel, external stakeholders and senior management required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines required. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a demonstrated ability to anticipate next steps, take initiative, and apply sound judgment preferred. Experience with an ERP implementation/conversion a plus. Experience and strong understanding of monthly close cycles in a large US corporate environment preferred. Perks:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
