Responsibilities Assist with administrative duties such as making and screening calls, booking appointments, etc.
Act as the primary contact between our clients and our company and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressed Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service Qualifications Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, Mi office 1
year(s) of commission based sales experience in either a B2C or B2B setting Having an NMLS license is not required, but previous mortgage exp.

Experience working off a dialer Strong communication skills - MUST be comfortable on the phone Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Self-motivated, high energy, and hungry for a six-figure income Excellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and team High School Diploma Job Type:
