Hardware Design Intern

Purpose of Job


Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, and systems applying principles and techniques of electrical engineering.


Major Duties/Responsibilities


  • Assists in interpreting recommending and implementing customer requirements and specifications for circuit design and development of instrument cluster hardware.
  • Assists in providing technical support to OEMs for development and various problem solving tasks.
  • Assists in interfacing with the customer and internal engineering teams (mechanical and system/software) to define hardware requirements and specifications.
  • Generates diagrams and schematics using circuit design software tools.
  • Assists in preparing component and subsystem level DFMEA documents.
  • Provides status updates on project activities and progress to hardware supervisor, manager, and other hardware engineers.

Education, Experience and Knowledge


Must be enrolled into relevant degree program.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
