Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Provide visual design input and ideas as well as develop designs from conceptual mockups to finalized experiences within multiple digital channels (websites, display ads, social platforms, mobile)
Create designs that represent knowledge of design/interaction best practices and design patterns
Have an understanding of how user experience and insights translate into design
Collaborate with peers to create innovative, fresh, and effective creative solutions as well as ensure the highest quality designs, functionality and messaging
Interface with teammates and clients to deliver work on schedule
CoherentRx uses MVC.NET; proficiency in C# is a big plus. Willingness and aptitude to learn encouraged
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency in front-end developer capabilities and graphic design experience
Openness to receiving and providing new perspectives, ideas and feedback, and ability to embrace and quickly adopt new skills related to design, programming and development
Expert knowledge of commonly-used concepts and practices within the design and development fields
Expert knowledge of current Adobe suite
Fully knowledgeable in standards-compliant HTML5/XHTML, CSS, and jQuery
Enjoy problem solving and possess the ability to translate business problems into creative and compelling visual solutions
Comfortable modifying and troubleshooting code written by others
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities while delivering on a consistent high standard of quality
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to go beyond the basic project/job description
Experience with custom applications or e-commerce development a plus
Basic video editing skills a plus
Must be able to focus for long periods of time at a computer screen given the nature of the digital businessEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
