Description
Manage divisional consolidation
Manage all general ledger activity for US trial balance - SAP
Provide guidance for all accounting issues/changes
Manage US account reconciliation process
Responsible for divisional warranty reporting
Responsible for all Intangible Asset reporting & tracking
Coordinate & manage quarterly accounting review with Corporate Controller
Supervise Two Cost Accounting Analysts (US trial balance)
Monitor & Report on all inventory adjustments
Manage divisional joint venture reporting
Prepare technical accounting memos as necessary
Prepare, review & consolidate quarterly & year end financial reports including tax reporting
Position Requirements
REQUIRED:
Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
Demonstrated high level of analytical ability where problems are complex
Demonstrated high level of oral and written communication skills
Strong self-starting initiative and innovative attitude
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent PC/computer skills
PREFERRED:
Knowledge and understanding of corporate/unit policies and procedures
Educational Requirements Required: Bachelor's Degree - Accounting, Finance or equivalent education, Preferred: MBA and/or certification (CPA/CMA)
