Our client is looking for an experienced Order Processor:
-Proactively monitor appraiser's performance to maintain adherence to our service level agreements, and resolve roadblocks along the way.
-Handle appraiser communications via email, phone and enter data into management platform for a defined set of clients.
-Have responsibility for day to day activities.
-Perform other admin duties like filing and data entry
Working hours: 8-5 M-F
Qualifications:
-Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
-Interest in the real estate industry and general business process.
-Strong written and oral communication skills.
-Ability to learn and act in a fast-paced environment.
-Effective task management skills.
-Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
-Type atleast 40 WPM
