JOB SUMMARY
The Good Faith Estimate Specialist must have full knowledge of the GFE document. They must thoroughly understand the rules and regulation, laws, and compliance for the new GFE and Change of Circumstance. The Good Faith Estimate Specialist is responsible for the compliance of the GFE and TIL. Must regenerate documents and send out prior to closing if necessary based on guidelines.
## JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Insure the accuracy and compliance of GFE and Truth and Lending
Process Change of Circumstances
Insure that all incoming work is processed timely and accordance with company policy.
Stays abreast of state and federal laws and investor guidelines.
Demonstrates a high level of customer service and communication skills.
Accurate data input into computer systems in a timely manner
Communicate and interact with other departments
Understand and keep informed with Shore/UWM loan products and services
Verify the Fee Schedule is correct with Broker/Correspondent prior to closing/funding

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate
Minimum of two years experience closing conventional, government or non-conforming loans
General knowledge of Underwriting, Product and Title Insurance requirements/procedures
Great, positive, winning attitude
Ability to be flexible and work under pressure
Excellent communication skills-written, phone and presentation
Strong computer knowledge and skills
Internet experience
Knowledge of lender paid and borrower paid compensation per TILA guidelines.
RESPA knowledge

Experience:
Mid Level
2 Years Closing, Servicing, or Secondary
2 Years in Processing and/or Underwriting
